HOW DO I BOOK A RENTAL?

HOW MANY SLUSHIES DOES EACH BARREL MAKE?

Each barrel holds 4 gallons—about 40 (12 oz) drinks. Our double-barrel machine makes about 80 drinks at a time, and we provide enough mix for up to 110 slushies. (Drink count may vary based on cup size.)

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE RENTALS?

Every rental comes with our double-barrel slushy machine on a signature cart, matching bar, two attendants for 4 hours, and all essentials for 100 slushies—cups, straws, napkins, rim dips, and garnishes.

CAN I ADD ALCOHOL TO MAKE ADULT SLUSHIES?

Yes! We recommend adding alcohol to individual cups so everyone can enjoy the slushies, however we can mix it into the slushy mix if you prefer. We are Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certified and can incorporate alcohol service in line with your agreement. Clients are responsible for providing alcohol.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE THE SLUSHY CART FOR?

Each rental includes 4 hours of service. We arrive about 2 hours before your event, provide 4 hours of full service, and 30–60 minutes for clean up. Service ends no later than 8:00 pm. Extended service may be available.

DO YOU REQUIRE A TIP JAR?

Yes, we will have a tip jar on the bar for guests to use if they choose. Tips are optional and not expected.

WHAT DO I NEED TO USE THE SLUSHY MACHINE?

We require access to a designated 110v outlet and a clear, flat pathway to the setup location, including doorways. The cart and bar are heavy and on rollers so the client is responsible for making any necessary adjustments to ensure the slushy cart can be easily rolled into place.

Cart: 29” wide x 22.5” deep
Bar: 48” wide x 22.5” deep

CAN I DECORATE THE CART AND BAR?

Yes! You’re welcome to add décor as long as it doesn’t damage the cart, bar, or machine. We also offer décor rentals if you’d like us to style it for you.

HOW CAN I GET A PRICE LIST FOR ADD-ON RENTAL ITEMS?

We include an Add-On Menu when we send your Service Agreement. The Service Agreement also outlines the payment structure for any items added after booking. Our inventory is always growing, so if you’re looking for something special, just let us know!
